
What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mutedmerch.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address outlined in your RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

When will I get my order?
Shipping Policy – Muted Merch
Thank you for shopping with Muted Merch! We’re proud to offer high-quality, made-to-order products that are crafted with care. Because each item is produced just for you, our shipping times may vary slightly, however it's worth the wait.
Made-to-Order Production
All of our products are made to order. That means once your purchase is confirmed, we begin production specifically for your item. This approach reduces waste and ensures you receive a freshly produced product just for you, not something that’s been sitting in a warehouse.
Processing & Fulfillment Time
Typical processing times range from 2–7 business days depending on the product type, design, and current order volume. Some items may take longer to produce during peak times or due to supplier delays. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your item ships.
Shipping Times
Shipping timelines depend on the destination and carrier used, but general estimates are:
- USA: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- International: 7–21 business days depending on customs and local carriers
Please note that delivery time is not guaranteed, and actual transit may vary. While we partner with reliable suppliers and shipping services to ensure fast delivery, once a package leaves our facility, we have limited control over carrier delays. And of course weather or any other national disruption to the delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3-5 business days, feel free to reach out at mutedmerchandise@gmail.com.
Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Double-check with neighbors or household members, if an apartment, other apartment units similar to your number.
- Wait 24 hours, as some carriers unfortunately have been known to mark packages delivered early.
- Contact us if it still hasn’t arrived, and we’ll do our best to help
International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees based on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Because we prioritize quality over quantity. Every item we sell—whether it’s a shirt, hoodie, or accessory—is made with premium materials, thoughtful design, and low-waste production. You’re not getting mass-produced merch. You’re getting something built to last and made to feel good.
We use premium, soft garments that are printed on demand to reduce waste and avoid overstock. That means each piece is made just for you, not pulled from a giant warehouse.
We're not paying influencers or running big ads
We’re a small, independent shop—not backed by a giant brand or studio. Your purchase supports creative work, not ad budgets.
It's eco-conscious
We care about the planet as much as the parks. Our shirts are produced using eco-friendly processes and materials, reducing water waste and avoiding harmful dyes or practices. On-demand printing also helps us minimize overproduction and waste.
Can I request a custom design or color?
We don’t offer custom orders yet—but if you have a suggestion, we’d love to hear it! We’re always working on future drops and love input from fans who get what we’re about.
How often do you release new designs?
We release merch in small drops, not mass collections. Follow us on social or join our email list to be the first to know about new releases and limited editions.
What does “Muted Merch” mean?
It means we design low-key apparel for high-level fans. Our gear is inspired by parks, rides, and fandoms—but done in tonal, minimalist styles you can wear anywhere. No loud graphics. No neon. Just subtle nods for people who know.
